**** Michelle Mozek (DCC 2007) recently competed in her first fitness competition! It was the NPC Pacific USA on August 13th in Anaheim, CA. She placed first in her class. She’s still training and will be competing again on September 10th in Culver city at the "Tournament of Champions"
Michelle plans to keep the training going so she can compete to earn her "Pro Card" and then aim to shoot for a fitness cover in the future! She’s also in the process of getting her certification so she can help others reach their goals.
Since her first contest, Michelle has already booked and shot a couple of fitness infomercials! I hope no one is offended by the shot of her bum, but my gosh, I don’t know about you, but my butt didn’t look that good when I cheered! She can train me anytime!

Her team did so well, that Regina and Regan headed to Kansas so she could compete in teh Junior Olympics! This is an amazing feat given the fact that she’s only been running 3 months! Atta girl, Regan! Keep it up! And if track doesn’t work out, I know a 50 yard line that could use those legs!!!!

The movie is set to be out next June......
**** A personal note from Amy Reese (DCC 2008, 09):
I never got to know my grandmother because at an early age she was diagnosed with this disease. Please help me fight against Alzheimer's Disease.
"Memory is a way of holding onto the things you love, the things you are, the things you never want to lose." - From the Wonder Years
Dear DCC Sisters,
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk unless we can find a way to change the course of this devastating disease.
This year, to help those affected by Alzheimer’s, I’m participating in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s to raise funds and awareness.
The Alzheimer's Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research, and funds I raise will go directly toward supporting their efforts.
I know I can make a difference with your support! Will you consider making a donation? It’s easy to give online by following the link below.

This cause is very dear to my heart. Please help me fight to stop this disease. All kids should have a chance to know their grandparents. Help preserve those precious memories.
This means so much to me and all those who have had a loved one with this disease. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! Every dollar counts! Even $5 can make a difference. If you are able, please consider giving.
Thank you again,
Amy Reese
