**** Elizabeth Davis (DCC 2004, 05, 06) recently got engaged to Kyle Wisdom! Kyle proposed on January 29th at a dinner he arranged in a private room at the Crescent Club with a surprise reception to follow with all their friends and family! They will be married on October 29, 2011 in Perkins Chapel at Southern Methodist University. Their reception will be held at the Stoneleigh Hotel Penthouse. Above, she is surrounded by her DCC sisters: Leah Wilkins Wooten (DCC 2004, 05, 06), Christina Parker Rosen (DCC 2004, 05, 06, 07), Elizabeth, Julie Jacobs (DCC 2006, 07, 08), Lynlee Allen Kessler (DCC 2002, 03, 04, 05, 06), Emma Dawson Hollis (DCC 2003, 04, 05, 06), and Justine Phillips Orf (DCC 2005, 06, 07, 08, 09).
**** Kandi Harris (DCC 2006, 07, 08) recently married pro golfer Hunter Mahan at Piazza in the Village on January 15. Her wedding was planned by fellow DCC alumni Misty Duncan (DCC 2003, 04, 05, 06, 07) who owns her own event company, Misty Duncan Events. Four of Kandi’s alumni sisters served as bridesmaids at the candlelit ceremony: Crystal Trevino Cavender (3rd year vet), Brooke Sorenson (5th year vet), Trisha Trevino (6th year vet), and Ryan Ray (DCC 2007, 08). Kitty Chapman Carter (DCC 1974, 75) helped the couple with their first dance.
**** Vandy Jordan Haby (DCC ’02, 03) welcomed baby Madeline Bryn into the world on February 18th. She weighed 8 lbs 4oz and was 20.5 inches long. She was welcomed by mom Vandy, dad Jason and Big Sis Arden who is 2.
**** Our own ‘Bachelorette’ has come full circle! Melissa Rycroft Strickland (DCC ’06, 07) had her first baby, Ava Grace. She weighed 6 lbs., 13 oz. and was born on February 16th here in Dallas.
**** Jenni Croft Badolato (DCC ’02, 03, 04) is happy to announce that she is pregnant with her first child!
