This new section takes us down memory lane..... we always start our reunion conversations with “Remember when.....”.  If you have a special memory, funny or serious, that you’d like to share, send it to me!

Remember when...  Tina Miller Kalina (DCC ’84, ’88-90) gave the Training Camp Candidate speech at finals?  We all were heavy, we all needed to push, no one’s spot was guaranteed, if we wanted to wear that uniform we were going to have to work, and you had to earn your ring.  She didn’t receive her ring at the end of her rookie year and it took her 4 more years to get one.  I (Brooke) was scared to death!  That’s obvious- I’m the one in the middle wearing banana yellow and praying to Jesus (what have I gotten myself into?). 

To this day, I’m scared of Tina.... in a good way.  I respect the devil out of her and her story made me push that much harder.  Love ya T!  Thank you Ronda for this first trip down memory lane....
